Do AI Sales and AI Customer Service cost USD25 each?

No. One USD25 account can use any available AI Staff, including both AI Sales and AI Customer Service. AI Staff do not carry a separate monthly fee.

Do I need my own OpenAI or DeepSeek account?

No. AI model usage is already included in Loop Syntax pricing, so you do not need to connect and pay for a separate OpenAI or DeepSeek account.

How are tokens charged?

One Direct Message uses one token. Other AI Staff tasks may use different token amounts depending on the work performed. Tokens are only deducted when an AI Staff carries out work.

How does the token add-on work?

Add-ons are optional and start from USD10 for 1,000,000 tokens. Each additional USD5 adds 500,000 tokens.

What is included in the USD199 White Label plan?

The USD199 monthly Partner Plan includes your custom brand name and custom domain. Customer accounts and AI Staff are not included. Each customer account costs USD25/month, and you can set your own resale price.
